How to charge to RS via Agilysys POS
Note the processes are different at Eden Hall and Hoar Cross Hall.
Hoar Cross
Hall:
- Always
search for the guest using their wristband, this is scanned while in the
room number box, this will only show the one folio for a guest (the
correct one)
- If
you ever get “Card Expired” this means Spa or Hotel have not encoded the
band or set the wrong expiry date.
- If
the above happens or the guest has forgotten their wristband and you
really do need to search by name (which should be the last resort) follow
the steps below:
- Select
guest name rather than Room, then type the guests first and last name
(just the first or last name will return a lot of results)
- You
will then see the results show in a list, if they are a day spa guest it
will be the folio beginning with H followed by random number. For
hotel guests it will just have the 3-digit room number. Note you
normally need to scroll down as they are found at the very bottom of the
list.
The
example below shows how these will look for day spa guests and hotel guests
(there will only be one of the H or the 3-digit room number to select) we
should never select the S random numbers to charge to.

results first):
