QR Ordering – Drinks Out of Stock
This guide explains how you can put a drink out of stock when
the drink is not available on the Cloud Waitress QR ordering tablet.
1.
From the QR ordering tablet navigate to the menus
screen on the left.
2. On the right, expand the Spa Drinks menu to get a list of categories. Use the categories to find the drink to put out of stock. Do NOT press edit, delete, or copy buttons on any item.

Once you have found the drink click the Stock
button and set the qty to “0”. Press OK to set. This item will now show to the
guest as out of stock so they won’t be able to select to order it.
4. When stocks come in you must set the drink to available to order again. Press the stock button and make sure no value is entered and press OK to set. This will make the drink available again to order.
