3CX webclient not showing call box / can't turn off call recording

Issue Example:

Morning,  When I am taking calls the box on the left hand side isn't showing therefore, I am unable to take guests off record when taking payment. Are you able to help? Many thanks

FIX:

Afternoon,

Please can you ensure the correct phone is selected from the 3CX client software, When the correct phone is selected it will show when on the phone (you only have to do this once)
