We have 2 videos on Sharepoint to assist team members in logging into their learner accounts to complete their training. The second video is designed to guide managers in viewing their team's training progress, identifying outstanding tasks, and generating reports. It also demonstrates how to track progress for a training course.

Harri Training Video; This can be confusing, but Harri offers a platform called Harri Academy. Please note that this is separate from our training courses provided through Upskill. Harri Academy focuses on training users to navigate and utilise the Harri system, including accessing items such as Upskill. It is particularly useful for managers who will be using Harri on a daily basis.
